This bungalow, located along the eastern ridge of the Don Valley, just north of Lawrence Avenue, was renovated primarily with the purpose of adding a second storey to the structure.
The work on this structure also included:
- Retaining the existing exterior masonry wall;
- Wood-framing of the second storey; and
- The use of pre-engineered gambrel trusses.
