Project Details
In Caledon, Ontario this massive complex was built upon more than 300 meters of poured concrete walls. It features a gravity defying 6.2 meter cantilevered second floor along with a centralized two storey vaulted ceiling using exposed glulam members to support the massive clear spanning roof. All of the bells and whistles are included; multi-car garage, elevator, a huge green roof terrace all supported by twenty four inch deep steel joists and massive steel and concrete members and of course, a 2000 square foot drive shed.

Located in Etobikoke, a former one-storey industrial purpose building was renovated and outfitted with a few modern features. Cantilevered steel canopies were added to the front and rear of the structure. Also featured: a new pop-up window corridor running along the length of the structure.
