Located in northern Forest Hill this ambitious new build features new concrete footings, masonry veneer, skylights, full height windows and several other modern amenities. Engineered and sawn members with steel beams and lintels make the majority of this design along with pre-engineered trusses and I-joists.

Located in Etobikoke, a former one-storey industrial purpose building was renovated and outfitted with a few modern features. Cantilevered steel canopies were added to the front and rear of the structure. Also featured: a new pop-up window corridor running along the length of the structure.
