Project Details

This project consists of a new two-storey, fully-detached dwelling.
The structure includes:

  • A four bedroom second floor with a flat roof;
  • Cantilever awnings at the front and rear;
  • The use of structural steel to frame portions of the second floor; and
  • The use of reinforced concrete foundation walls on strip footings.
