Located near Yonge and Eglinton, an existing two-storey, semi-detached, single-family dwelling was partially renovated. Most notably, a third storey was added to the structure.
The work on this structure also included:
- Removal of part of the basement masonry wall to allow for addition of an interior garage;
- Addition of an open-concept ground floor;
- Underpinning of the preexisting structure; and
- Rear extension added.
