Located near Parry Sound, this grand cottage and bunkie are built on Huckleberry Island. The build includes large scale concrete and steel members including an impressive 3.6 meter cantilevered porch supported by tapered steel I-Beams. Stretching above in the common rooms a sky high vaulted veiling lighted by full height surround glass walls and modern architectural featuring.

Located in Etobikoke, a former one-storey industrial purpose building was renovated and outfitted with a few modern features. Cantilevered steel canopies were added to the front and rear of the structure. Also featured: a new pop-up window corridor running along the length of the structure.
