Our work here consisted of structural plans for the proposed renovation of an existing mid-20th century bungalow in the City of Etobicoke. Structural highlights here include:
- Removal of ground floor central load bearing wall;
- Expansion of opening in basement masonry load bearing wall; and
- Modification of existing ground floor ceiling from a flat ceiling to a vaulted ceiling.
