Project Details

A Rosedale mansion, Rowanwood house underwent extensive renovations and an addition. The build included extensive underpinning, addition of numerous steel members to replace load bearing walls and a great deal of modified framing to the room. The finishing touches resulted in a modern look for this classic home and neighbourhood.
