Off the coast of Georgina’s Crescent Beach this small island houses dozens of small cottages and homes ideal for summer vacationing. The pier and beam system supports a single floor wood structure dwelling that went through numerous revisions, settling on an overhang roof and outdoor in between area ideal for summer light BBQs.

Located in Etobikoke, a former one-storey industrial purpose building was renovated and outfitted with a few modern features. Cantilevered steel canopies were added to the front and rear of the structure. Also featured: a new pop-up window corridor running along the length of the structure.
