This custom home building project consisted of the construction of a new two-storey single-family dwelling within the City of Markham. Notable features of the structure include:
- Second floor flat roof with skylights;
- Gymnasium with cantilevered box bay window;
- Three car garage;
- Full height basement;
- Custom pre-engineered roof trusses;
- Helical foundation piers; and
- Stone veneer exterior.
