Structural Design
We provide structural design services for low and mid-rise residential and commercial buildings, specializing in custom residential buildings and renovations. Our designs include the use of steel, wood, reinforced concrete and masonry.
Structural Permit and Construction Drawings
Our structural designs are conveyed with the use of plans, sections, elevations and specifications. We pride ourselves on providing clear, concise, detailed drawings which ensure a smooth construction process. We produce PDF drawings, with the use of AutoCAD and Revit.
Construction Administration
Our engineering services do not end with the issuance of structural drawings; we stay involved throughout construction and are available to answer any questions, accommodate any revisions, or advise on unforeseen existing conditions during the building process. We also perform site visits to ensure that what is constructed conforms to our structural drawings.
